ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.15 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police, for an offence under Section 420 of IPC, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2014 and also filed a charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram on 04.03.2019.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
