On 22.06.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent, seeking issuance of patta, in her favour, in respect of 22 cents of land comprised in Survey No. 194/1C and 7 cents of land in Survey No. 194/1D, Veerapuram Village, Thirukazhukundram, Kanchipuram District, based on the sale deed dated 25.04.1990 registered as Document No. 724/1990, Document No. 1023/1990 and settlement deed dated 19.10.2009, registered as Document No. 4221 of 2009, along with "A" Register. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

Considering the pendency of the representation of the petitioner before the 2nd respondent, with regard to the relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to third party, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
