Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition challenging the Award dated 31.12.2013 passed by the 1st Respondent in I.D.Nos.127 and 129 of 2011.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner produced a copy of the Settlement dated 10.06.2019 arrived at between the parties under Section 2B and Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

This Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the Settlement dated 10.06.2019 and the said Settlement shall form part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.Nos.3 and 4 of 2014 are closed.
