On 22.06.2015, the petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent, seeking issuance of patta, in his favour, in respect of 1 acre and 24 cents of land comprised in Survey Nos. 197/4A, 197/4A1 and 197/4B Veerapuram Village, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thirukazhukundram, Kanchipuram District, based on sale deeds registered as Document Nos. 382/1990 dated 12.03.1990, 1010/1990 dated 29.05.1990 and 1023/1990 dated 30.05.1990. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.

Considering the pendency of the representation of the petitioner before the 2nd respondent, with regard to the relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2015 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to third party, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
