Today, Mr.Pachayappan, Sub Inspector of Police, Kallakurichi Police Station, appellant and the brother of the 1st respondent Balamurugan are appeared before this Court.

2.The layout in I.N Nagar is produced, in which, the said Balamurugan agreed to purchase one plot as identified by the appellant. 3.Since the wife of Balamurugan is hospitalized in Jipmer Hospital, Puducherry, he seeks time to make arrangement to mobilize the money to purchase the plot.

4.Post the matter on 03.01.2023 under the caption for reporting compliance.
