This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in crime No.1994/14 on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Ambattur, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has been arrayed as 'B' party in Crime No.1994/14 for offence under Section 145 Cr.P.C. Hence, a positive direction, not to harass the petitioner cannot be granted.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
