ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 13.03.2014 preferred by the petitioner in person.

2. Heard Mr.C.Prabakaran, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, a case in Crime No.22 of 2013 has been registered by the respondent police in respect of the offence committed by the accused by floating a bogus layout, in which the petitioner's land is also a subject matter. It is also represented that this petitioner is a witness in Crime No.22 of 2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The respondent police is directed to expeditiously conduct the investigation in Crime No.22 of 2013 and file a Final Report before the Jurisdictional Court.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
