Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case has been adjourned to 4.2.2015.

3. It is seen from the docket entries of the trial Court that witness warrant is pending against LW.1 to LW.3.

4. Hence, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to produce LW.1 to LW.3 before the trial Court without fail on 04.02.2015 for examination of the witnesses. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.46 of 2011 as early as possible.
