Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition No.(a) from the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on each monday and wednesday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation" into "to appear me before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate"and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.S.MURALIDHARA RAO, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S J.KARUPPIAH, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition No.(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10034 of 2017 dated 24.05.2017.

2. When the petitioner has been released on bail, the condition was imposed directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on each Monday and Wednesday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has problem in attending the police station and therefore, the condition should be modified.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 24.05.2017 made in Crl.O.P.No.10034 of 2017 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate i.e. Fifth Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Allikulam, Chennai, once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. The other conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10034 of 2017 shall stand unaltered.

5. Time is extended by four weeks, to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.10034 of 2017 dated 24.05.2017. -sd/- 12/07/2017 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
