COMMON ORDER [made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This common order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' [hereinafter 'WMPs' for the sake of brevity]. 2.
Captioned WMPs have been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original order dated 11.04.2025 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.3881/2020/23/A1' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity]. 3.
Mr.L.Mouli, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, is before this Court.
4.
Learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that the petitioners were not served with original impugned order and only photocopy of the impugned order was served on the writ petitioners' counsel; therefore, photocopy of the impugned order was filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMPs.

Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned order is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavit is imperative.

In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayer is acceded to. Captioned WMPs are ordered as prayed for. [M.S., J.] [H.C., J.] 03.06.2025 cad (2/2) W.M.P.No.20070 of 2025 in W.P.No.17852 of 2025 etc. batch Page Nos.2/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
