O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition praying to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents to remove the transformer and remove the erections already made.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the prayer sought for in the writ petition is to remove the transformer and remove the erection already made in Old No.24 to 26, Gowri Bagu in C3, Duraiswamy Colony Street, Royapettah, Chennai - 600014.

3.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board place the communication dated 16.02.2019, wherein it is informed that the double pole structure erected by the construction wing at Ramasamy Garden Street, Royapettah, Chennai - 600 014 has been dismantled and removed from the above said location on 15.02.2019 by the construction wing. The photographs are also placed before this Court as evidence that the double pole structure erected by the construction wing was removed.

4.Recording the letter, photographs and the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent board, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
