Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to initiate forthwith action to punish the respondents 6 to 18 for the offence committed by them, which is punishable under Section 31 read with Section 32, for having contravened and violated Section 33 of the I.D.Act, by terminating the services of the 2nd petitioner and 3 other workmen without getting prior permission from the 3rd respondent, when the conciliation proceedings initiated by him was still pending by the respondents 6 to 18.
