COMMON ORDER When these matters are taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the revision petitioner.
2. A perusal of the records shows that the revision petitioner has not also complied with the directions given by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18844 of 2019 in Cr.R.C. No.1490 of 2019 dated 14.06.2023.
3. In the circumstance, all the Criminal Revision Cases are dismissed for non prosecution. The revision petitioner/accused shall surrender before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track CourtII, Chennai, within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of the order, failing which, the trial court shall take steps to secure his presence for serving the remaining period of sentence.
