ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 268, 441 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on an earlier occasion, the petitioner has filed Crl.OP.No.15581 of 2020, this court vide order dated 05.10.2020 has issued a direction to the respondent police that either register a FIR or Close the complaint by 03.11.2020. The said conditions has not been complied with by the respondent police. Following which, the petitioner has filed Crl.OP.No.13281 of 2021. This Court vide order dated 30.07.2021 has closed the said Criminal Original Petition on the ground that there is no petition or enquiry is pending as against the petitioner. Thereafter, the defacto complainant has harassed the petitioner continuously. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the enquiry will be conducted and concluded within a period of two weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said submissions, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
