2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner was in illegal transportation of 1⁄2 unit of river sand in a Bolero car

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and further the petitioner has involved in illegal mining of river sand, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
