This is the Second anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 430 of IPC, in Crime No.59 of 2022.

2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner is alleged to have transported 2 units of river sand illegally.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13170 of 2022, on 08.06.2022, considering the fact that petitioner is having fourteen previous cases.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, and that there is no change in circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
