The learned counsel for the appellant by placing reliance on the communication dated 27 June, 2017, submitted that during the currency of the intra court appeal, the Municipality complied with the direction by providing a road. The learned Senior further submitted that with respect to the approved plots, the Municipality has also given water connection.

2. In view of the subsequent developments, nothing survives for adjudication. The writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous on account of the subsequent events. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
