ORDER

The petitioner-School has filed this petition praying for a writ of certiorari- fied mandamus calling for the records of the Committee pertaining to the Order of Fixation dated 03-11-2014 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same in so far as it relates to the petitioner School and consequently direct the respondents to permit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the petitioner School to follow the proposed Fee Structure during the personal hearing on 08-08-2014 for the Academic Years 2014-2015 and 2015-2016.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the Committee may be given liberty to re-consider the entire issue again, in the light of the judgment passed by this Court in Lakshmi Matriculation School, etc., v. State of Tamil Nadu and others1. 3.
In view of that, we are not inclined to make any observation on merit at this stage. The matter is remanded back to the Private Schools Fee Determination Committee to reconsider the entire issue, afresh.
