The petitioner has come with this petition to direct the 3rd respondent to register a criminal case against the person based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.01.2015.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. It is seen that police conducted enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and examined five witnesses and found that complaint given by the petitioner was false one. A copy of the closure report has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
4. With the above observation, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
