Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to survey the land belonging to the petitioner at Door Nos. 232 and 234 at Ambalavanasamy Temple Street, Gugai, Salem in Old Survey No. 81, New Survey No. 81/121 and 81/120 and fix survey stones on all the sides within a reasonable time by considering the representation of the petitioner herein dated 24.10.2015.

Seeking to survey the land belonging to the petitioner at Door Nos. 232 and 234 at Ambalavanasamy Temple Street, Gugai, Salem in Old Survey No. 81, New Survey No. 81/121 and 81/120 and fix survey stones on all the sides, she made a representation to the District Collector, Salem District, a copy of which has been marked to the respondents herein. As the said representation has not been disposed of, the petitioner has come forward with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. 2.

Considering the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 24.10.2015 before the respondents, with regard to the relief sought, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders, on merits, in accordance with law and after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as to third party, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
