2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3.Despite service of notice on the respondents, there is no appearance on behalf of the respondents, either in person or through counsel.

4.On being satisfied with the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petition is ordered and S.A.No.336 of 2003 is ordered to be restored and the second appeal to be listed for final hearing in the 3rd week of February, 2022.
