The petition has been filed to accept the cause title. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner Company represented by its authorised signatory Mr.D.Vijayakarthi, however, in the plaint it is mentioned that the petitioner Company is represented by its Director.

Therefore, the present petition is filed.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, the petition is allowed and the cause title is accepted for the purpose of filing Civil Revision Petition.
