O R D E R
The writ petitioner has challenged the impugned transfer order in Na.Ka.No.18319/2020.X1 dated 04.08.2021 issued by the first respondent by which transferring one V.Jayanthi/the third respondent from Panchayat Union Middle School, Muthukoundenkottai to Adhiyaman Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Dharmapuri Panchayat Union, Dharmapuri District and to direct the first respondent to transfer the petitioner to the Adhiyaman Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Dharmapuri Panchayat Union, Dharmapuri District.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on the earlier occasions, no interim order has been granted and the said V.Jayanthi/the third respondent taken charge and she has continued in the said transferred place.
3. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has made a representation dated 11.06.2021 to the first respondent to transfer her to the above said school. According to the petitioner, her request has to be considered by the 1st respondent as per the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.163, Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department, dated 18.08.2010. Further, the petitioner is entitled to transfer within the nearby residential place of the petitioner. However, the said request has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, she filed the instant writ petition before this Court.

Admittedly, the said V.Jayanthi/the third respondent has taken charge as Noon Meal Organiser and she has now working in the Adhiyaman Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Dharmapuri Panchayat Union, Dharmapuri District. If any vacancy in nearby school, it is for the petitioner to make a fresh request to the concerned authority seeking transfer to the said school.
5. With the above liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
