Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the case has been adjourned to 4.2.2015.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that witness warrant is pending against LW.1 to LW.3.
4. Hence, this petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to produce LW.1 to LW.3 before the trial Court without fail on 04.02.2015 for examination of the witnesses. The trial Court is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.506 of 2010 as early as possible.
