Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2015.

O R D E R
The petitioner, alleging that a fraud has been committed while registering documents in respect of the lands in S.F. Nos. 154, 158, 159, 161 and 178 of Ganapathy Village, Coimbatore Taluk and District, at the instance of third parties, made a representation dated 03.05.2015 to the Chief Minister, a copy of which was also forwarded to the 2nd respondent. On receipt of the said representation, the 2nd respondent, by his proceedings dated 07.05.2015, directed the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action. It was followed by another representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2015 to the 3rd respondent. Since there was no follow-up action taken, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.
Considering the above facts and the limited scope of the relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate final orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.07.2015, pursuant to the communication of the 2nd respondent dated 07.05.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
