The learned Standing Counsel for the appellants circulated a letter forwarded by the Assistant Executive Engineer, TANGEDCO, Uthiramerur dated 13.11.2014 to the effect that nothing survives for adjudication in view of effecting the service. 2.The learned Standing Counsel for the appellants made an endorsement indicating that he is withdrawing the appeal taking into account the letter circulated by the Assistant Executive Engineer. 3.In view of the endorsement so made, the intra court appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
