Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.,to initiate action and/or direct initiation of action, against the 2nd respondent as dictated by para 111(IV) of the Constitution Bench Judgment in W.P.(Crl.) 68 of 2008 dated 12.11.13. For Petitioners :Mr.Manikanda Vathan Chettiar For Respondents :Mr.Shanmuga Velayutham, Public Prosecutor assisted by Mr.P.Govindarajan, Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the respondents to register the complaints dated 19.8.2014 and 26.2.2015 alleged to have been given by the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners have reiterated the averments made in the petitions.

3. The learned State Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has contended that on receipt of the complaints in question, the same have been looked into and since no materials are available to proceed further, the complaints in question have not been registered.

4. Considering the rival submissions made on either side, this Court is of the view to pass the following order: "In fine, in both the petitions, the respondents are directed to look into the complaints dated 19.8.2014 and 26.2.2015 and also directed to proceed further, if any cognizable offence is made out."

With the above directions, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
