This application has been filed seeking to amend the plaint with respect to the short cause title, the long cause title and the statement of addresses.

2. The suit had attained finality by a decree passed on a memo of compromise filed by the plaintiffs and the defendants

3. In the cause title, the second plaintiff is represented by the first plaintiff. Now by this amendment, it is sought that the third plaintiff is also to be represented by the first plaintiff as power of attorney agent. It does not shift the cause of action and it does not change the material portions of the joint compromise already effected.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the defendants also.

5. Taking into consideration of all the facts, the application stands allowed.
