imposed upon the petitionesin Crl.M.P.No.6473 of 2020 dated 27.08.2020 in Crl.O.P.No. 11095 of 2020.

Arun For Respondent : Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz Additional Public Prosecutor COMMON ORDER (This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6471 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11087 of 2020 Crl.M.P.Nos.6472 and 6473 in Crl.O.Ps 11094 and 11095 of 2020 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6471 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11087 of 2020 and Crl.M.P.Nos. 6472 and 6473 in Crl.O.Ps 11094 and 11095 of 2020 to report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m until further order is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.

5.Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petition are ordered.
