ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.03.2018, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 09.03.2018. The matter was again listed on 09.03.2018 and at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed on 23.03.2018 under the caption 'for reporting settlement'.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reports no instructions. In such view of the matter, the Original Petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file appropriate application, if so advised. No costs.
