O R D E R

The prayer in the present petition is to expedite the discharge petition filed by the petitioner.

2. It is seen that the said petition has been filed in the year 2012 and the petitioner claims that the same is pending without disposal.

3. In view of the limited prayer sought for in this petition and without going into the merits of the claim made in the petition, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Omalur to dispose of the petition in C.M.P.No.3740 of 2012 in C.C.No.21 of 2011 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not passed any of its views with regard to the merits of the discharge petition.
