C.M.P. Nos.14056 and 14060 of 2021 in O.S.A. No.390 of 2018 and C.M.P. Nos.8200 and 8204 of 2022 in O.S.A. No.304 of 2018 S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J., and MOHAMMED SHAFFIQ, J., (Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) C.M.P. Nos.14056 and 14060 of 2021 have been filed to bring on record respondents 18 and 19 as legal representatives of deceased fourth respondent and to appoint the proposed 18th respondent as guardian for the minor 19th respondent.

2. C.M.P. Nos.8200 and 8204 of 2022 have been filed to appoint the proposed 18th respondent as guardian of minor 19th respondent and to bring on record respondents 18 and 19 as legal representatives of the deceased 7th respondent.

3. Considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered.
