It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police that charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.109 of 2014, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam, for offence under Sections 294 (b), 352 and 506 (ii) IPC.

Recording the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, as the petitioner is aggrieved by the filing of final report by not including the offence under Section 326 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
IPC, it is open to him to approach the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tindivanam, for alteration of charges, if the statement of witness discloses any such offence.
