This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct to direct the respondent to register an FIR against the offenders based on the complaint dated 13.02.2015 and investigate the same accordance with law.

2. Heard M/s.My Lord Law Associates, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It appears that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent Police. The respondent-Police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
