ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.289 of 2016 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Vellore.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor pointed out that there is a typographical error inasmuch as C.C No. has been mistakenly stated as C.C.No.27 of 2015 instead of C.C.No.289 of 2016.
4. Further, when this Court had enough materials against the petitioner to dismiss the petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw this petition and she has also made endorsement to that effect.
5. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the trial Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
