This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeks to direct the respondent to lay a charge sheet against the accused namely 1.L.Ramesh, 2.N.Azhagappan, 3.Dhandapani, 4.Kumaresan in Crime.No.54/2013, Judicial Magistrate, No.I, Puducherry.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), Puducherry, on instructions would contend that a final report has been filed in Cr.No.54/2013 of Mangalam Police Station against all the five accused mentioned in the petition before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Puducherry in C.C.139/2018.
