ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed praying to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the trial court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.OP.No.10136 of 2025 by order dated 04.04.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforementioned condition regularly.

3. Considering the above submission, the aforementioned condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and this petition is allowed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court on all hearing dates.
