The Crl.M.P.No.9015 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22626 of 2021 had been filed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeking to implead the Assistant Foreigners Regional Registration Officer, Bureau of Immigration, Chennai International Airport as the second Respondent based on the direction of this Court. Hence, this Petition is allowed.

2. The Registry, is directed to carryout the necessary amendments.
