ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to file the Final Report as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1708 of 2017 and also to restore the possession of the property.

2. By earlier order, dated 07.04.2017 made in Crl.O.P.No.1708 of 2017, this Court had directed the respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No. 1308 of 2016, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. In spite of specific direction to the first respondent, the first respondent had failed to file the final report.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) seeks extension of time to file the final report in Crime No.1308 of 2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the averments made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the first respondent is finally granted a further period of four weeks finally to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.1308 of 2016.
