The petitioner filed I.A.No.17826 of 2015 before the learned VI Asst. City Civil Court at Chennai, for injunction. 2.The petitioner has come up with this Civil Revision Petition with a grievance that the Trial Court has not taken up the said application for disposal.

4.The learned VI Asst. City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the interlocutory application in I.A.No.17826 of 2015 filed by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, on or before 31 January 2017.
5.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
