Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to quash the demand notice issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.6329/15 dated 09.10.2015 in respect of Item Nos.5 to 11 and consequently direct the third respondent to issue building planning permission in pursuance of proposed construction plan in respect of petitioner's property situated at No.5, Muthamil Street, East Tambaram, Chennai - 59.

Prayer in W.P.No.29477 of 2016:

Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records in Na.Ka.No.6177/2015/F1 dated 24.03.2016 passed by the third respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the third respondent to grant building planning permission in respect of Old Door No.4, New Door No.5, Muthamil Street, East Tambaram, Chennai - 59 without insisting Rule 25 Schedule (c) of Greater Chennai Development Authority, as the same is not applicable to the buildings constructed before the First Master Plan dated 04.12.1976 and without insisting of Open Space Reservation Charges.
