(CRIME NO.516/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 6(b) that petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30am until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.12227 of 2021 dated 15.07.2021 by this Hon'ble Court and pass such other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S N.PONRAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 15.07.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 15.07.2021 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
