ORDER

Since the matter lies in a narrow compass, with the consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The prayer of the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against him, pursuant to the charge memo dated 10.05.1996. This court, on 10.04.2015 passed the following order in this writ petition :

"According to the petitioner, though the charge memo was issued in the year 1996 and the enquiry was concluded on 27.10.2004, no final order was passed. Hence, post for orders on 23.04.2015."

3. Heard both sides.

4. Taking into account the narrow prayer made, without expressing anything on merits, this petition is disposed of directing the respondents to complete the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner and pass final order, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
