This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider petitioner's representation dated 20.05.2014 and to point out filed boundary line for his Nattham Patta land as per Land Tax scheme PATTA No. 51, dated 18.09.1995 and rectify the same in FMB. For Petitioner : M/s.M.P.Saravanan, For Respondents : Mr.V.Subbiah, Special Government Pleader

ORDER

The petitioner made a representation on 20.05.2014 to the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 seeking measurement of the land. As the said representation dated 20.05.2014 has not been disposed of with respect to PATTA No. 51, dated 18.09.1995, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent No. 4 to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2014, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
