(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner had filed this petition seeking police protection for for construction bathroom and toilet in the vacant land at S.No.77/7N2, S.Vazhapadi, Vazhapadi Taluk, Salem district.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the R1 and R2 would submit that, already the 2nd respondent is providing protection ensuring the construction of the bathroom and toilet in the petitioner's land. He would further submit that they would ensure the construction is completed without any hindrance or break.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
