When this Court was about to dismiss the case on merits, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the defacto complainant is dead. The respondent police is directed to verify the same and the trial court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
