ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the Order/Judgment as honorable acquittal in C.C.No.141 of 2016 dated 18.09.2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cuddalore.

2.On a perusal of the judgment, it is seen that after consideration of the oral evidence of the witnesses, the court below, came to the conclusion that the case as against the petitioner has not been proved, as such, the judgment of acquittal in C.C.No.141 of 2016 dated 18.09.2016 can only be deemed to be an honorable acquittal.

3. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
