This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 19.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11937 of 2022 to deposit Rs.10,000/- and to execute sureties.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- to the credit of crime No.89 of 2019 and surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 26.07.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
