ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the complaint dated 26.11.2014 made by the petitioner to the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully.

3. According to the petitioner, he is running a shop which was ransacked by one Varadhan, on account of which, all the items in the shop were taken away by him. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint on 26.11.2014.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that on the complaint of Varadhan, a case has been registered against the petitioner in Cr.No.1383 of 2014 and investigation was completed and a charge sheet has also been filed against him in C.C.No.88 of 2015 for offences under Section 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC. The police have conducted enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner on 26.11.2014 and having found that the same is counter blast for the complaint given by Varadhan, the enquiry was closed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
