This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6796 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27519 of 2024, dated 04.04.2025, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a month, viz., on first and third Monday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6796 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27519 of 2024, dated 04.04.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court concerned on all the hearing dates without fail.
